Purchased and paid on 26/01

Question

Purchased and paid for on 26/01, shipped (they say) on the 29th, no other tracking on eBay, out for delivery (eBay date) on February 7. Today I wrote to the seller and.... they shipped it yesterday from abroad. Does that seem normal to you?
