Improper behavior by a seller
I purchased a model from a seller () Order number 19-11816-22986 and after several months and requests about where the purchase had gone, the seller sent me a refund and canceled another purchase of mine Order number 14-12170-99843 made on October 10, 2024, sending me the refund and following it all with a threatening message: "Hello, we have processed your refund, please review the negative comment, the price of the product you purchased in my shop is the lowest price. Our packages were successfully delivered in previous transactions. But you left us many negative reviews. If you do this maliciously, I will block you and permanently end our collaboration with you."
I should state that I have no malicious intent whatsoever, but I only used E-bay's rules to report the non-receipt of what I purchased or partial receipt (missing parts). Therefore, I will certainly not buy his products anymore, but I consider it appropriate to take the report forward to the people responsible at E-bay as it is unacceptable.

Mentore1 year agoIf an item doesn’t arrive for reasons unknown to us, there is a proper procedure for reporting it to eBay and getting their help... just read the rules.
Negative feedback is NOT the right way.

OP1 year agoif he read it I tried several times, I left negative feedback to wake up the seller who after 4 months from the purchase hadn’t bothered to respond to my 14 requests for information...

Mentore1 year agoIf you also read my reply carefully, the correct procedure is not to send messages, nor to leave feedback out of spite.
On eBay there is a procedure to properly report non-delivery... within 30 days from the presumed delivery date... which was this:
Get help with an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
