I'm asking for info because I won three auctions, same seller, and I wanted to buy other items with Buy It Now. Unfortunately I can't buy if I don't pay. But if I remember correctly, I used to buy and then ask for combined shipping, with Buy It Now I can't do that because I have to pay for it otherwise I can't get it. What has changed? Or is it the seller who has that option?

If you’ve won three auctions from the same seller on eBay and want to buy other items from the same seller, you can contact them by message and ask to combine all the items into a single transaction. That way the seller can create one invoice for you and calculate one shipping charge for all the items.
However, if the seller has the “Buy It Now” function enabled, you’ll have to pay for the item right away in order to buy it. In this case, you can still contact the seller and ask to combine all the items into one shipment, but you’ll have to pay immediately for each “Buy It Now” item you want to purchase.
As for the option to combine shipments into a single transaction, it’s up to the seller to decide whether or not to offer this option. In any case, if you’ve already bought several items from the same seller, you can definitely ask them to combine the shipment. Generally, sellers are happy to accommodate their buyers.
