Buy it now. Seller not responding.

Question

Good evening,

I bought an item using the Buy It Now option.

Later I realized that the same item had been put back up for sale by the seller at a different price and with slightly different photos/description. The seller doesn't even reply to messages.

Who should I contact in cases like this?
