Bought in California
I bought an item in California, eBay tells me I can’t pay for it because the seller doesn’t ship to Italy, I contacted the seller and instead he says he can ship it without any problem, the issue is that eBay won’t let me unlock the option to pay, then PayPal

Mentore2 years agoEBay won’t unblock you just because the seller indicated in their listing that they don’t ship to Italy. It has to be them who sends you an invoice with the updated shipping costs or modifies the listing.
