Bought brand new Beats Studio Pro, and I receive a product (WORN, REFURBISHED, AND MAYBE COUNTERFEIT), my question is: is it possible that eBay allows all this?

Every seller is responsible for what they sell.
If you believe that what you received does not match what was described in the listing, ask, through the correct eBay procedure, for the item to be returned with a refund.
Then if you yourself write in the feedback: ACTUALLY I THINK IT'S A REFURBISHED USED ITEM (MAYBE COUNTERFEIT), you're not even sure yourself whether it's a used or counterfeit product.
Before shooting off at random, did you have it checked by an expert?
PS: In Shenzhen in China they are laughing at the threats you made in your feedback and the possible consequences that a check by our financial police could have for them, you've only caused damage by exposing yourself to a possible defamation lawsuit.

Mentore1 year agoIf you think burglars got into your house, you report them. You don’t put up a poster around the village with their names on it. If you do, they’ll report you.
You are not a judge, you can’t issue a conviction and then publish it.
