Bought an SSD with different specifications.
I bought an M.2 SSD that, according to the listing, was supposed to be a PCI 4.0, but then after messaging the seller he tells me it was their mistake and that it's a PCI 3.0. He also changes the listing, correcting it from 4.0 to 3.0.
Now the package still has to arrive, should I refuse it?
Then do I open a ticket for the refund?
