incorrect communication from BRT because it’s not addressed to me
I received a message from BRT addressed to a name that isn't mine for a product I don't even know what it is, and I don't even know which seller made this mess. If this package actually arrives, how do I send it back?

If you're not expecting anything, don't reply to the messages; maybe it's phishing.
