Do you know a consumer association that can help me defend myself against scams I received via eBay?
I placed two orders on eBay, but I received different products. eBay is completely washing its hands of it, telling me to contact an outside lawyer, because their stupid artificial intelligence decided so.
I’ve been an eBay customer for years, but now if I don’t find a consumer association to help me, I’ll be forced not to buy on eBay anymore. I really expected more seriousness from eBay,
Can you recommend a consumer association, or do I have to call Striscia la Notizia to report these ridiculous situations created with the total cover of eBay, the middleman that earns its mediation fee from every transaction and then completely ignores the problem

Mentore2 years agoFrom the feedback you've left, it's clear that you don't know eBay's return procedures; in my opinion, if you read the rules carefully, you'll make your life easier and won't need either the consumer association or "Striscia la notizia".

Mentore2 years agoOn eBay, it’s pretty easy to make a return and ask for a refund if the item received isn’t the one in the listing.
