Condition of non-real objects
Hello. I’ve noticed that the stated condition of items often does not match reality. For example, if a book is sold as new, it should be like new, but the image of the book clearly shows that it is not at all like new, but has various signs of wear and tear, bends, scratches, etc. Same thing if it is sold in declared condition very good. I don’t understand why there is this discrepancy, and I would like listings to report statements that are genuine and correspond to the actual condition of the items.
Thanks

The more accurate and truthful the descriptions are, the lower the chances of disputes from customers.
