How to request a refund
Hi, I took part in an auction and won it, I made payment and contacted the seller to arrange shipping, the seller replied that she had not put any item up for auction and to get my money back, but I can’t request a refund. Can you help me please? Thanks

the seller themselves can cancel the purchase and refund you... but if they don't want to do that, you simply have to wait for the estimated delivery date to expire... where you can open a report:
