Delivery
Good morning, I ordered an item using my address in Albano Laziale (RM) and now it shows as delivered in Ariccia (Rome). How can I see the delivery address? Why was it delivered to Ariccia?

Mentore3 years agoAlbano Laziale and Ariccia are connected. The delivery location probably refers to the territorial area into which the courier’s service is divided (e.g. the local post office for the area).
If the package hasn’t been delivered to you, ask the courier for a copy of their receipt. That way you can check whether that code corresponds to a shipment sent to your address.
If the address on the receipt is not correct, you can request a refund through eBay.
If, on the other hand, the address turns out to be correct and the courier certifies that the package was delivered to that address, it will be impossible to request any refund (eBay, PayPal, credit card.....) and you’ll only be able to take it up with the courier.
