I spent 500 euros and I didn't receive the item because, as the seller also confirmed, it was lost; the item was never even attempted to be delivered, which can be proven by the cameras, and in any case I expected to be protected by you. At this point, something I have never done until now, it pays to be clever and spend less and arrange things outside of eBay; with your attitude, you are suggesting this

In any case, you need to know that it is the seller who is responsible for the shipment and that therefore, if you do not receive what was agreed, you can file a report and be protected... but you have to know that, or at least look it up to know it...
