IF the seller commits to delivering the goods within a set period and the delivery is postponed, I would suggest applying the penalty for each day of delay. (To be formulated with eBay)
The "lax" behavior undermines seriousness.

Mentore1 year agoIf, with services carried out at normal prices, couriers don't pay penalties in case of delays …… why would you want to apply these penalties to sellers?
