Hand delivery
The customer, even though he purchased with the local delivery option, is in another city. I shipped the book anyway, and it was delivered properly, but now to close the transaction I need the confirmation code, which he isn’t sending me because he can’t find it. How can I properly close the sale?

Mentore2 years agoWithout that code, you can’t close anything.
In fact, if the buyer disputes the non-arrival, you’ll be forced to refund them.
Never ship a product for which pickup in the area was предусмотрено.
