Delivery completed, but on the eBay account it shows otherwise

Good evening everyone. I'm new to eBay. Last Thursday I shipped a pallet of 100 kg of goods to a buyer and everything was delivered to him 4 days ago. But on the eBay site it still shows the shipment as in delivery and payment funds blocked. What should I do in a situation like this?
