Delivered according to the tracking, but I haven’t received anything
As the title says, I made a purchase, the item was sent by registered mail, the tracking says delivered but I haven’t received anything; moreover, if it had arrived I would have had to sign for it.
I contacted the seller but apart from suggesting I speak to the mail carrier as soon as I catch him, he didn’t do much.
In these cases, what can I do? I don’t think I could open a dispute because unfortunately the item shows as delivered even if not to me...
