Partial delivery
I received the package that was supposed to contain 12 comics, but instead I found 11; the very one I bought it for was missing. I tried contacting the seller, but they didn't respond. What can I do?

Mentore2 years agoOpen a return and refund request for an item that does not match the listing (11 comics instead of 12).

The seller will decide whether to take them back at their own expense and refund you, or send you the 12th one.

OP2 years agoAfter I opened the report as you suggested, the seller privately via WhatsApp told me that he was willing to send me the missing comic in the package on the condition that I removed the negative review and closed the report. Only then would he have sent it to me, also using offensive and disrespectful language and threatening that he would discuss with his lawyer whether the conditions applied, saying that the review was not at all offensive and damaged their image. I refused, asking to complete the transaction by sending the missing comic. In response, he offered me a refund of 3 euros (the small value of the missing comic) and when I refused, he started the replacement procedure, which I obviously expect to be at their expense. This behavior is shameful. They admit that it was not included in the package (for me they acted sneakily to sell the other 11 comics, adding the 12th in the listing as bait because it was impossible to find. Unfortunately I am not familiar with Ebay but I would like to hold them accountable for their responsibilities. Can you help me understand how to proceed correctly?

Mentore2 years agoObviously the return costs will be borne by the seller.
If, within 3 working days, the seller does not provide a prepaid label so you can ship the return, ask eBay to step in…… https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/chiedi-ebay-di-intervenire-acquirenti?id=4701
Regarding the feedback, a complaint is very unlikely, but you shouldn’t have gone off with your own subjective opinions. Stating, based only on your personal transaction, that “top reliability is always false” exposes you to the possibility of a complaint for the offense of defamation.
