Product delivery
Good morning, I have an order that shows as awaiting delivery but it has already been delivered; I also received feedback from the customer, how can I archive the order as delivered and complete?

you just need to correctly enter the tracking with the courier’s name in your order details... you can’t do anything manually.
If the information entered is correct, ebay automatically updates the order status.
Anyway, if your concern is the release of funds, delivery information is not needed, the hold is precautionary for at least 15 days.
