Delivery if it's a sale
Good evening, I sold a smartphone and shipped it via UPS with insurance under eBay's agreement. The product is marked as delivered, but the sender claims the delivery did not take place. The buyer has opened a claim with UPS. eBay sent me the proceeds from the sale, and they will be credited to my account in a few days. Do you know if I need to do anything? Thanks to anyone who can help me

first of all get the proof of delivery and make sure the waybill shows exactly the address that eBay gave you, in case of any disputes.
If you’re sure everything is OK, you should be fairly calm.

it shows as delivered to the address reported to me by Ebay. Also, I generated the shipping label directly from Ebay, purchasing the shipment itself through the Ebay channel. The thing that seems strange to me is that the recipient opened a complaint on the UPS portal. Shouldn't they contact me, who am the sender and the one who paid for the shipment (insured too, by the way)? I don't know what to expect
