Delivered
hello, my client received the shipment on March 19, the payment funds are still showing as blocked. We both can’t understand why it still says shipped and not delivered. Thanks in advance to whoever helps me resolve this

Mentore1 year agoRegardless of whether the package shows as delivered or not, you're a new seller and so the funds will be held for at least 15 days.
