delivered to the wrong address

Hello, there was an address mix-up with my purchase. Having used the Buy It Now option, I can’t get the order tracking and I don’t know how I can report this mess to eBay. Everything keeps sending me back to the purchase history, which doesn’t show up because of the option I used to buy. Help

It doesn't depend on the format, but on the fact that you made the purchase without logging in.
