good evening I personally delivered the tin airplane to Mr. Franchi. He told me he paid 95 euros DIRECTLY TO EBAY.IT. how can I get the proceeds from my sale thanks.

But if he paid 95 euros, he also paid for shipping and you should have shipped the item to the address ebay gave you.
If he had chosen local pickup, he would have paid only 80 euros and would have received a QR code to pick up the item. Your scanning of the code certified that he had picked up his item.
Several mistakes were made, both on your part and on your buyer's. So now:
First check whether the item is marked as paid and check the email ebay sent you.
If you are a well-established user, the money will be credited to your account within 2 business days. If you are a less active user, in 14 days.
In a month, when you are sure everything is in order, you should contact the buyer to return the 14 euros for the shipping that did not happen (15 minus ebay fees).

If you're honest, you just need to give back 14 euros to the user who paid you for shipping that never happened.
