Considerations regarding a requested return

Prefacing this by saying that I accept things for what may happen and I consider myself lucky that the loss of which I consider myself a victim is limited: I will lay out the facts.
Under order 11-14796-80172 I shipped, after testing them, 4 tubes "UY245 - UY224 - UY227 - 41"; the buyer told me that he intended to be refunded, attaching photos of the poor performance of the UY245 and refusing the refund after my check upon receiving the return.
I refunded the full amount the day after the refund and provided express shipping with return receipt the day after the refund.
I tried to contact the buyer several times via mobile phone and messages without reply.
After repeated requests for EBAY intervention: 13 days after the refund, "surely because of EBAY reminders" he sent the goods back to me and gave me a feedback with inexplicable epithets toward me.
Upon receipt I tested the tubes' efficiency and only the 41 proved efficient with a result of 90 on 45; the others, "strangely the most expensive ones", showed broken filaments.
It is strange that if they had been in that condition when he tested them "using a tube tester similar to mine, although from an older series" he does not mention it in the return request".
Given that "I want, as usual, to be optimistic" it could have happened during the return transport (although filaments at 2.5 V are quite robust), I bring this experience to everyone's attention and ask that the single negative review I was given out of 290 be given its proper weight.
The only action I have taken and will take is to prevent the buyer in question from having access to my sales, and with that I close the matter
