Ebay has made an agreement with Packlink and they handle the shipments via Poste, BRT, DHL,.....

The procedure is simple and the labels are managed automatically, but there are tons of complaints here on the forum. On the other hand, you also have to consider the fact that only people with problems turn to the forum; maybe there are also thousands of other satisfied users.
