Contact eBay
I'm trying to contact Ebay Customer Service but it seems very difficult now, it's not like it was a few years ago anymore. The chat is not available and there's no longer the option to contact them by email. I have a problem with an order and I don't know who to turn to, besides, even though I paid with Paypal the situation doesn't change because Paypal sends everything back to Ebay
anyway, now only sellers are protected, buyers are no longer protected, not even for returning a product because you have to pay the return shipping costs. I will no longer buy on Ebay. I don't know about you, but I don't trust it anymore.

to resolve issues with orders, it is not necessary to contact eBay... on the Help page that you can find at the top left on every page of the site, you’ll find clear procedures for any situation:
