Good morning
I bought a pair of shoes from a seller who sent me the wrong size.
I followed the instructions on the package for the return but I didn't get a refund and the seller seems to have deleted their eBay account.
I would like to speak with eBay to find a solution but there is no way to contact them

OP1 year agoYes, in the end I followed this procedure, which was the only one that let me move forward, but in fact I had already returned the package myself.
now the seller has offered me €5 on a purchase of €96 that was advertised as having free returns.
in theory eBay wrote that he would step in with the seller.
I don’t know what that means, but I’ll wait and update if it can be useful.
