A buyer opened a dispute for non-delivery of a package, which in reality was delivered regularly after three days.
Is it possible to have the dispute closed and obtain the amount paid by the buyer?

Mentore3 years agoIf you are a new or infrequent seller, even with the dispute closed, the amount will be released after at least 15 days and regardless of whether the item has been delivered or not. To close the claim, you need to contact the buyer or ask eBay to step in.
