Good evening everyone,I'm writing to ask for an opinion about a dispute I received on eBay.I sold an item through an auction, posting several clear and detailed photos. In the description I specified exactly what it was and what was included in the sale.After receiving the item, the buyer opened a dispute for “item not as described,” claiming that the photos show elements not mentioned in the text. I should point out, however, that those elements were simply visible in the images because they were related to the item, but they were not described as included in the sale.In my opinion the description is correct and complete, and I fear this is more of a post-purchase change of mind than a real nonconformity.What do you think I should do to protect myself as best as possible?In similar cases does eBay tend to side with the seller if the written description is clear?Thanks to anyone who can give me some advice.
