Dispute not opened by the user

Good evening, today the buyer from whom I purchased some goods a month ago (received and everything in order) contacted me because he received a dispute from me regarding the product itself.

The problem is that I did not open any dispute! How can I find out who opened it? And how can I close it?

Aside from the fact that you are the buyer and he is the seller (the person who sold you the item).

Only you can have opened the dispute, if there is one open. Contact eBay customer service and ask them: https://www.ebay.it/help/account/contacting-ebay-customer-service/contatta-ebay?id=4379
