Dispute over non-conforming item
Hello, I'm asking for info about a situation that's never happened to me before
I receive a complaint that the item sent is different from the one in the listing. And up to here, fair enough, I may have made a mistake.
What seems strange to me is that the request comes to me after 2 months from shipment (to the USA). Item sold on July 12
Isn't this request rather unusual ??
