Good morning, I hereby contest the rejection of my return request regarding the product:
Mini UPS – 2600 mAh uninterruptible power supply, USB 5V output Seller ID: ideamondoshop.
I would like to point out that the return request was submitted within 30 days, as provided for by the contractual conditions applicable to the purchase. The rejection communicated therefore does not comply with the terms of sale.
I therefore ask you to immediately review the case and proceed with:
acceptance of the return,
provision of the return label,
refund of the amount paid, according to the предусмотрed methods.
In the absence of a response within a reasonable time, I will be forced to proceed through the protection channels provided by the platform and the applicable regulations.
