I’ll report you all for defamation, are you kidding me? I buy 100 items a year from you and if 5 turn out defective and I ask for a refund, what do you do? You report me, go to hell, I won’t buy from you anymore, I decide that, Amazon would never have allowed itself to do that, they are the ones who are serious
