Good evening, I have a real problem with this platform.
Let me start by saying that I am a regular trader with a VAT number and VIES registration, with a basic store active on eBay. Over and over again, eBay blocks my sales for 7 or 10 days because of alleged counterfeiting. I have sent them, through the proper complaints process, both the receipts and the actual invoices for the disputed products, yet my appeals are consistently rejected. I now find myself with an unfair 10-day suspension, because my goods have a lawful origin and this can be documented. The automatic system is terrible and there is no way to resolve it. Now I wanted to ask whether someone is able to help me solve this problem, and above all I want to say that eBay is behaving really badly just by suspecting that a store with a VAT number, etc., could sell fake products.

Mentore5 months agoThe problem is sometimes not ebay, but the reports to the actual program (which ebay participates in) from someone who holds the selling rights to a certain item. Try to figure out who it could be, get help from your suppliers.
