Controversy
Good morning, I sold an item and shipped it within the time frame set by eBay with a tracking number, but it still hasn’t arrived for the customer. Checking himself with the postal code, it shows at the post office in his city but being transferred to another post office in another city, and so he opened a dispute for item not received. Am I obliged to reimburse him even though the address he provided and the shipping were correct?

Mentore2 years agoYour contractual responsibility ends with delivery into the buyer’s hands. So, if the item hasn’t arrived for them, you’re obliged to compensate.
Maybe try to take a few days to figure out where the item is and why it’s stuck.
