Good morning everyone, I keep receiving global emails from eBay about a missed payment. Let me explain the situation: some time ago I had put a phone up for sale and then I sold it through other channels. I removed it after that. The buyer made the transaction without writing to ask if it was still available through a message; I had specified an in-person meeting, I do not ship. But the money never arrived for me, also because it is blocked by eBay. What should I do???

Mentore2 weeks agoThe buyer is not at fault for "not writing to you to ask if it was still available"; this isn't Subito or another marketplace, if the item is for sale it is assumed to be available.
So it was in your interest to take it down from sale as soon as possible.
In your case you need to cancel the sale and refund, if the proceeds have not yet been received, you will have to refund out of your own pocket and then get what is due from ebay.
