I sincerely thank you and give you my best compliments for your Customer care and sensitivity towards the customer.
I believe that in this specific case, as already written in the various correspondences, there was malicious intent on the part of the courier who, in my opinion, also falsified a signature on a delivery form that he sent to the seller. In fact, it seems that he left the package unattended at the concierge desk at a time when obviously there was no one there. And then he falsified a signature to send the form to the seller and prove that he delivered to a “real” person.
So thank you again for the refund and in the future I will use your Platform even more.
