Good evening. I ordered an item on 6/12 and it was supposed to arrive between 10/11 December. On the 12th it still hadn’t arrived and I opened a dispute for item not received. Since it was a gift, I needed to receive it by the 13th, but since it can no longer be delivered to its destination I’d like to return it, since it was delivered to me today. The seller accepts returns. What do I need to do? Do I need to close the current dispute? Can I open another one later for the return? Thanks to whoever replies
