Seller-side dispute
Summary: mgat1040 shared a problem where the recipient of an item she sold claims not to have received it, even though the tracking shows it has been stuck about 30 km from the destination for a month. She filed a complaint with the Italian postal service, but hasn’t received a response yet. Even though the recipient opened a dispute asking for a refund, E-Bay ruled in mgat1040’s favor, raising doubts for her about how the decision was made.
Good morning,
The recipient of an item I sold says they haven't received it. According to the tracking, the item is stuck about 30 km from the destination and was shipped 1 month ago
I filed a complaint with the Italian post office, but they still haven't replied to me.
I called the post offices and the local depot in Ragusa, who tried to help me but weren't able to
In all this, the recipient opened a dispute to ask for a refund and E-Bay ruled in my favor.
I would like to understand why, and on the basis of what evidence, they ruled in my favor, because this makes me have doubts and bad thoughts. What do you think?
Thanks
Monica

Mentore3 weeks agoI mean... in plain words... are you the seller who's complaining that eBay sided with you in the dispute?
If that's the case... you can just refund the buyer if you don't like it...
Best regards.
