Open controversy pending for 2 months

Question

Good morning, on March 28 I opened a dispute for an item never received. To date, the dispute is suspended and I can’t take any action. I tried using eBay’s contact service, but when I select the item I’m told that there is already an open dispute. Does anyone know how I can unblock the situation? Has this happened to anyone?
