Open and unresolved controversy
The buyer opened a dispute for item not received even though the tracking said they were not home at the time of delivery.
I immediately cooperated and resolved the issue with the postal service in their country. The package shows as delivered, but they have not closed the dispute and are no longer responding to messages. I’m wondering, since the package shows as delivered, whether it will close automatically or if I need to do something since the person who opened it is no longer responding. Mentore2 years agoThe dispute, if left inactive, will automatically close within 21 days of the last interaction.
