Hello, I had to open a dispute for an item not received, box arrived empty.
As of today it has been suspended at the seller's request, with this wording "We need written confirmation from the manufacturer or law enforcement to verify whether the item is authentic or not "
But I don't understand whether I have to provide it or he does, I think him, since I didn't receive the product, but since he kept insisting that I file a report with the authorities, I wouldn't want eBay to have misunderstood his request and be expecting something from me that I don't know I have to provide.

Mentore1 year agoYou shouldn’t have opened a dispute for item not received, but for item not as described.
