Controversia numero di tracking

Hello! I can’t enter the tracking number in a dispute I opened.....I go to return details and there’s no way to enter the number.

I called customer support and they entered it for me, but I can’t see it, I called customer service again and they told me that no tracking number has been entered......what should I do?

Ah well! eBay's support is terrible......so to get my money back do I have to get a lawyer involved?

First of all, you didn’t explain what kind of dispute you opened... on eBay or with the payment method?

Reason for the dispute?

See, start by explaining what happened better and maybe someone can give you some pointers...

Opened on eBay for a refund of a lot of money that I need to get back. I requested my right of withdrawal and today what I had bought was delivered back to the sender!

And to speed up the refund process it won't let me enter the tracking code to mark that it has arrived at its destination

Then you must have made some mistake, in the procedures it’s always possible to insert traceability... did you meet the deadlines?

Anyway, unfortunately there’s no such thing as “I have to”...

I requested a return from the eBay app purchase history and the seller sent me the label, I didn’t buy it myself, they sent me their own courier!
