Ugly controversy
But some guy files a dispute against me because he never got the computer that I supposedly sold him and so through BC I never got the money either, and eBay wants me to pay 60 euros
but are they all crazy???????
then using eBay is a mess …you can’t find how to delete items the messages
but these people want money that I never got …
crazy!
any advice?

You sold a "used Acer laptop, working with charger" on May 12, 2025, for the amount of 54.90 plus 7 euros for shipping.
Ebay withheld its commission of 3.71 euros and set aside the remaining 58.19 euros in your ebay account. Since you are a new user (first sale), ebay did not credit the money to you right away, but is holding it pending for at least 15 days.
You, despite the messages you received from ebay, didn't realize the sale and didn't ship the product to the buyer. Obviously the buyer opened a claim to be refunded and you didn't do it.
Ebay will have to refund on your behalf, but since you did not cooperate at all, it will not refund its commission. There are not enough funds in your ebay account to refund the buyer, so ebay asks you to refund them by another method (a credit card is recommended).
When you refund the customer 61.90, ebay closes the claim and then credits you (to the bank account linked to your ebay account) the money in your ebay account: that is, 58.19.
In practice, you will only lose 3.71 euros, for the time you wasted for ebay.
If you refuse this solution, they will send debt collectors after you and you will lose much more.
