Dispute for undelivered item + non-working item, is that possible?

Hello everyone

I ordered a replacement camera for my phone. The item showed as delivered by tracking, but it never arrived. So I opened a dispute for item not received, and unsurprisingly, the next day the item was delivered to me. To make matters worse, the item doesn’t work, now I should close the dispute for item not received and reopen it for replacement/refund, do you know if that’s possible ?

I already wrote to the seller, but they didn’t even bother replying

Yes, it’s possible to do it. From: https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/ottieni-aiuto-per-un-oggetto-che-non-arrivato?id=4042&st=7&po=1&uci=0&ri=0#section5

If your item has arrived and you want to return it in exchange for a refund, you need to cancel your item not received dispute and open a return request.
