Dispute over item not received
The buyer opened a dispute for item not received, I provided all the necessary documents and the tracking shows it was delivered, but eBay sided with the buyer, how is this possible? What should I do to appeal because I also have the countersigned POD that confirms the actual delivery of the package?

Mentore2 years agoIf you have the POD with the exact address that ebay gave you: https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/managing-returns-refunds/fai-appello-contro-la-decisione-di-ebay-su-una-restituzione-un-oggetto-non-ricevuto-venditori?id=4369&st=3&pos=2&query=Fai%20appello%20contro%20la%20decisione%20di%20eBay%20su%20una%20restituzione%20o%20un%20oggetto%20non%20ricevuto%20-%20venditori&intent=appello&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1306
Maybe it's better to contact an operator first to have them explain the reason for the previous decision (you'll find the contact link at the bottom of the page linked above).

OP2 years agoThe dispute seems to have been closed after the buyer appealed a previous resolution in my favor, how should I proceed to reopen the case?

Mentore2 years agoContact support like I told you and see if you can open an appeal too.

OP2 years agoI followed your advice and appealed through customer service, I uploaded the signed POD that confirmed delivery.
Unfortunately it was rejected, one email said that by then it was too late to accept the document, while the second email said that the shipping address was not clearly visible.
Have I been scammed?
