Damaged courier at the warehouse for my order

I purchased an extendable console table on 29/11 of this year.

The courier, at the time of delivery, found no one there and left a message.

I called the courier and made a new request for delivery, but the package has not arrived.

I called the courier again and was told that my package was damaged in the warehouse during unloading from the vehicle.

I was told to request either a new shipment or a refund.

I should mention that I ordered through e-bay without registering, as a guest.

What should I do?
