Courier mistakenly marks "recipient refused", package now stuck in storage
Good evening,
I was expecting a package from Poste today (with tracking code on sda.it). There was a mix-up with the courier at the intercom and he decided not to deliver the package, instead marking it as "refused by the recipient". I called Poste and they say that now only the sender can unblock it so that a second delivery attempt can be made. They say that in this case it is eBay that has to act, and not the user who sent me the package.
Does anyone know how/where I can get in touch with eBay to ask for assistance with this?

leaving aside "the buzzer mix-up"... the sender of the package is NOT ebay, but the seller.
So contact him and kindly ask him to have it put back out for delivery... assuming it isn't already being returned to the sender... in that case, if you want your item, you'll have to pay for a new shipment.
