The courier didn't come to the house

Good evening, the other day I sold an item, then I paid for the label with packlink (postedelivery) for home pickup, scheduled for today 23/01, but nobody came by.

I realized that my address doesn’t have a doorbell..and living in a 7-story apartment building, maybe the courier didn’t know who to ring, even though my phone number is on the address and of course nobody called me...

does anyone know what to do?

Rather than...no one came by.... I think the problem is something else. Not having your name on the doorbell is your responsibility.
