Good evening, I’m asking for advice on how to behave. Last week I made a sale and shipped via Bartolini courier, purchasing the label through Ebay-vendite and therefore using the address provided by the buyer. After two delivery attempts, Bartolini сообщает that the address is incorrect or incomplete, so the package is left in storage. I contacted the buyer with a few messages but received no reply. Would it be best for me to contact support already, even though only a few days have passed? The buyer has feedback over 200, so they should be experienced, I think. Thank you
